The current COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event. It is a difficult and uncertain time for us all. We wanted to let you know that, although we are unable to provide treatment at this time, we are just a phone call away. Please do feel free to contact us on the practice phone number if you need advice, have an emergency, or just want to chat. We are in the process of setting up a user friendly system to facilitate remote consultations, and we will let you know as soon as this system is up and running.
Thank you to all our Privilege Plan Patients; your continued support during this difficult time is appreciated. In order to ensure we are ready to deliver care to you as soon as possible, we are monitoring guidance from our various advisory and regulatory bodies, such as the General Dental Council, Chief Dental Officer for England and The British Dental Association. Our commitment to you is that as soon as we are back up and running you will take priority in our booking system, especially if you are due your routine examination, hygiene or have any outstanding treatment.
